Blocked Shower Floor Drain

Please note I am working Monday and will only be able to respond Monday evening ——————- Please see the attached photo. The drain in the shower drains to the nearby second drain. The drain outside the shower is blocked, has water backed up and also stinks a bit. This is a newly built townhouse, built 2022. The shower is on the first floor. Looking for someone certified to come and unblock this for us. I have some drain cleaning stuff but hesitant to put it myself as I don’t want to cause any damage.
