Hello there, My investment property needs some additional drainage installed. There are two problems. One is that on one side of the building, I have a basement with a door and most of the time I have water near that door. It looks like water came from underground or something. Not much but always wet. I would like to install a drainage pipe around 50cm in the ground and move it up to the retaining wall. This retaining wall is close to the creek in concrete. The distance between the door and the wall is about a couple of meters. There are many other pipes similar to that is installed nearby, so I assume it's a common issue. Another problem from another side of the house. In rainy weather, the water comes down from the concrete under the carport and goes directly under the house. I would like to install an open drainage there to avoid water going under the house. There are some sewege nearby that could be used to move the water to. The length of the wall is about 3-4 meters. Photos and videos attached. One of the biggest issues is that I am overseas in Australia and can't be on-site. However, there is a Property Manager who is able to help. He is aware of the issues as well. Regards, Vladimir
