Hi there A drain at our property needs to be unblocked I think It started overflowing sometimes with foul smelling stuff I’ve attached a photo Can you let me know the cost to come and look at it and estimate likely cost to fix. Also quite important is the timeframe as the tenants notice the smell Thanks so much! Andy Ps house is in Rangitira Ave takapuna (not rangAtira Ave Birkenhead)
