inground pump for flooding

Local Playcenter in weymouth. Playgound area, 400mm deep. 12m long. it needs a inground pump to drain, will be covered in bark for playground soft fall area. Currently a big flat hole with retaining wall of 400mm however it is flooding and before we put a layer of bark we need pump system to remove the excess water so the bark does not rot away or sit in water, Unsure of our best options as funding is smaller being a community playcenter.
