Damp rumpus room 2

After the big earthquake last year it appears that drain pipes had moved. Rain water is sinking through the ground and soaking through a concrete wall and causing wet carpet in my downstairs rumpus room.
Two short gutters have been blown off by the wind, these will need replacing.
