I have persistent pooling between the back of my house and the adjacent retaining wall, even in good weather. I don't want foundation problems, and I'm wondering if there's a buried drain that has failed. There is a suspicious depression in a pavered area a few meters downhill that may be related. Looking to get it diagnosed and fixed.
