Hello, We are looking at purchasing a property in Wallaceville, Upper Hutt. There is also a downpipe outside the property that is currently dispersing into the garden outside, as shown in the image below. As i understand it, this should either be connected to a stormwater system, or have a soak pit. We would like to understand the cheapest solution to remedy this, and get a quote for how much it will cost to fix. Cheers
