System and Install (or system on its own) for 2 bedroom holiday home

Hi I am looking for a natural wastewater system as an alternative to a septic tank for a 2 bedroom holiday home in Mt Lyford area, one bathroom. The home could have up to 6 occupants some weekends and will have limited use during the weekdays. The site is on a sloped level so has fall. I require a system for both black (toilet/kitchen water) water and grey water. If possible I would also like the cost of installation which includes a drainage field too. I am currently putting together quotes to present to the bank, so I am ideally looking for a quote at this stage as the build is likely to take place nearer the end of this year.
