Blocked storm water

Storm water has a blockage from a buildup of Tōtara leaves. Cleaning with water blaster has failed, so pipe needs to be dug up then cut, cleared and rejoined. I have dug down and located the pipe about a metre from a 90 bend where I suspect the blockage is.
