Pablo proved reliable and hard-working and left the basement tidier than I could have imagined. The aim was to prepare a very untidy and rubble filled sub-floor/basement area for laying a ground moisture barrier - achieved. Communication about what was being done each day was very clear and there were no surprises about costs. I would definitely recommend Pablo.
