Remove building materials from under house

There is a large amount of discarded building materials - mostly timber but also some other items discarded underneath my house and i need these items removed. Some of the timber has nails in it and there are other sharp / potential hazards involved in this job. There is flat access to the site, but the adjacent driveway is not mine so removal will either need to be via a skip on the street (with a 70 metre walking distance from site to skip) or loaded directly onto a truck (I can arrange access to use the driveway as long as i know in advance and can obtain agreement from my neighbour). The under house access is good - flat, an accessible access hatch and approx 1 metre height of the underfloor area.
