Remove various types of rubbish

We have a couple of stacks of unused foil/bubble wrap insulation under our house that needs to go (not the stuff that’s actually installed). Other items to remove are three tyres, two plastic chairs, an old tv aerial and optionally but not critical to the job is some scrap wood from an old deck. All of these items are either under the house or on the front lawn. Access to under the house requires crouching, and is mainly crouching room-only.
