Save my sanity! Site clearing job :(

We have a corner of our garden where a large tree used to be which had to be removed after it broke after a storm. That was nearly a year ago! While the original tradies removed what they could, some of the leftover logs were left and unfortunately that side of our garden has been taken over by kikuyu. We did our best to spray the weeds and have had several attempts at clearing it ourselves. Resulting in countless arguments between me and my partner! I would love to have this finally dealt to, so I can replant it with something better than weeds!!! Partner has had a go at clearing it and has a whack attack EVERY SINGLE TIME. I've pitched in, but we are going slow! Please save my sanity! See before and after photos! The dark brown bit at the right hand side of the photo by the fence is how much we have cleared so far and I have tried attacking the bottom left hand side. The site is a narrow strip with a squarish area at the end. All up it is probably give or take 8 to 10 metres squared. We've made a start at it, but really need a hand to get it done. Would ideally like to see it completed by the first or second week of June at the latest. Likely to be additional work in it if you do a great job and provide a reasonable quote. We are also looking to possibly build a green house, repair our deck, and part of our garage. Heaps of follow on work for the right person/firm. Help!!!
