Large Skip Bin Required

Needing to rent a large skip bin - Approx. 20-25m3. General Waste for end of tenancy rubbish removal/clean. We have seen online that 12-15m3 skip bins are common. We have seen larger ones at 30m3 but would be too large for us. We have around 20m3 of rubbish that needs to be removed from the property (which we can do ourselves) but need a skip bin that is sized accordingly so we can also pay accordingly. Looking at options so let me know if you have a skip bin/option that the size available.
