Removal of Ginger

I have several large ginger plants noticeable in the bush on my property. I wish them to be cut down, removed and disposed of in a safe environmental manner. I also want stumps to be treated to avoid regrowth. While access is reasonable the area they are growing in is steep, which is why I can't deal with this myself. Want someone who has expertise in this field. removal and disposal in a permanent and environmentally correct way is important to me. not necessarily your average gardener's job.
