house clearance

I have moved into a new 70Sq metre studio apartment in Feilding and I need to get rid of fifty to sixty cardboard boxes, full of paper and unneeded junk stuff, like old pots, bottles etc. The boxes are on the verandah, and inside on a white floor. They cannot be dragged but must be lifted off the floor. The people doing the job will need to remove their shoes, or use some other way to keep the floor protected. There is also a lot of clean but bulky bed linens etc. I also need a few small furniture items and a table shifted into place when the rubbish has gone. Any offers? Price to be discussed first. I cannot move in until the junk is gone, so asap please Thanks, Di
