Remove rubbish under house & deck

We have recently purchased an older 1940s home which we have started renovating. During renovation the builders have discovered rubbish stashed under the house and under the deck. The house has raised wooden flooring with crawlspace under the floors which is accessed via the wooden deck at the back of the house. We need someone to remove the rubbish from under the house and deck, and dispose of it. As far as we can tell the rubbish includes things like old paint tins, and strangely enough, household goods like pots and clothing packed in black rubbish bags. We need the area under the house cleaned out in order to do pest control and to eventually install insulation (insulation install is not part of this quote request). This project will need to be done towards the end of August / beginning November this year after the renovations have been completed.
