Site clearing

I need a pricing for removing the existing mulch and some river stones from the site. The much is spread along most area of the site, as can be seen in the photos and the depth of mulch is approximately 0.05m-0.1m (height varies in different spots). The site is in Flagstaff and is about 300m². There are some river stones need removing from the site.
