Emptying Rubbish bins

Hi! I’ve just moved out of a flat and have been asked to get rid of the rubbish to save a payment, I unfortunately don’t have a car so can’t so I’m just after someone who can empty the two bins and get rid of the rubbish! I don’t have the biggest budget so whatever can work!
