Removal of concrete rubble from under house
Job description
We've found a bunch of rubble in the sub-floor area under our lounge from ?when the fireplace was removed - unsure. The builder estimates a ton of concrete and other rubble. We've arranged for the carpet to be removed and the T&G to be removed to open a manhole to the subfloor. We're after a team to get in there and wheelbarrow the rubble to a skip and take it away please so it is no longer a ventilation issue and then can have underfloor insulation installed. Would love a quote if possible, thanks.

Initial communication was good and Ethan was punctual for our first site inspection. Following this, his communication and punctuality was inconsistent. Rubble removal was incomplete, and the time taken to do the job was well under the estimated labour hire quoted for. Ethan came back to complete the job but did not complete the job. We then terminated the job. See "completion" photos. We did not pay the quoted amount as the job was not completed as quoted. I would not use this company again.
