Rubbish removal

I need two areas of my house cleaned and the rubbish removed. I need the loft area cleaned of all rubbish materials including birds nests etc. I also need under the house cleaned out and all rubbish removed. This is so I can go ahead with installing underfloor and loft insulation. My house is an old state house (1950s) and which was clad with asbestos containing material (polite tiles) which was commonly done in that period and which many of the houses in my area have. The insulation guy has said that there are bits of old cladding tile under the floor and there is likely to be some asbestos fibres in the dust under the floor. Therefore anyone doing this job needs to properly assess and understand this risk and wear proper protective gear and also make sure any asbestos containing materials or tile bits are put in proper plastic packaging and disposed off correctly. I don't think there is any asbestos containing materials in the ceiling but am not a 100% sure. EQC tested the house during repairs and has said there is no asbestos containing materials in the house only the cladding but I am not sure whether they tested in the roof or under the floor but can find the original test results if you need them. This should be a quick job that will allow me to go ahead with insulating my house better before winter.
