Subfloor / crawlspace clean-up (under house – waste pipe leak)

We’ve recently discovered a detached sink waste pipe under the house which has caused moisture and contamination in the subfloor area. The pipe has been temporarily reattached, but may need a more permanent fix.

The main job is a proper clean-up of the affected area.

Looking for someone experienced with:
• Working in crawlspaces / under houses
• Removing contaminated material / waste
• Vacuuming or extracting moisture (industrial equipment preferred)
• Leaving the area clean and hygienic

If possible, we would also be open to having the waste pipe properly secured/repaired, but this is secondary to the clean-up.

Access is tight and the job is physically demanding.

We would prefer a proper clean-up rather than temporary solutions (e.g. kitty litter), as we want to avoid ongoing smell or future issues.
