Venting dryer under the eaves

Hi there we have a dryer that needs to be vented outside. Current issues with condensation etc. The dryer is currently only a few metres from the outside wall and ideally we would vent through the ceiling in the laundry, into the roof cavity and then under the eaves, which are quite high up on the outside wall so might need 3-4m of ducting in the roof cavity. We have the standard ducting kit.
