Installation of rangehood

I'm on the third floor of a brick apartment building. The rangehood cannot be ducted through the ceiling, but I think that wall ducting might be possible. However, due to the layout of the kitchen, location of stove/external wall and windows, I need someone to take a look and give me some advice. Once I've got the advice, I'll be able to purchase a rangehood and ducting (or if ducting isn't an option, I'll end up with a self-circulating rangehood), then have you back to do the actual installation. However, at this stage, I'm really just looking for advice.
