Range hood needs piping to outside.

We have recently updated our kitchen, we have a rangehood that has no pipe to outside, unfortunately we have no roof space so will need a solution that is visible and looks like it should be there. Our range hood is stainless steel and came with a stainless piece that goes straight up to the ceiling and this will need to have a hole cut in the side for the pipe to go through. I can do this myself as I am a machinist but will need the hole diameter to cut. We will need the piping/tubing to connect to the range hood, hole drilled in the wall to the outside, some sort of grill or vent on the outside and installation etc. Basically the whole job except for cutting the hole in the stainless surround.
