Installing new rangehood for our kitchen

The existing rangehood is 60cm, integrated circulation rangehood. Want to change it to a 90cm one, Have bought a 90cm fisher paykel rangehood, wanted to ducting, vent outside, ducting about 5m long. Also move the power switch to the side as its too close to the burner.

Service of Smart Vent

We installed a Smart Vent in out home (now tenanted) six years ago. Our power bill when using the vent seemed excessive, so we'd like someone to check all of the system to ensure that it is all attached/working properly. We also have a new filter to install (we previously did this ourselves). Access is easy, through a roof ladder.

Suppy / install new extractor fan

The current fan 'died' this morning. It was a MANROSE brand, ceiling mounted, probably at least 20 yrs old. It is approx. 20 cm x 20cm square. Came on after about 1 minutes after lights turned on in bathroom. Remained on for around 5 mins after lights switched off.

Re-install a DVS system in our Airbnb

We have removed a DVS system from a house we recently demolished and would like it installed in our Airbnb unit to help with condensation. All components are available, including motors, ducting, covers, control panel etc. This dwelling has two main rooms (bedroom/living) and plenty of ceiling space for the installation. Potentially could install a vent in the bathroom also (TBC). We need someone to install the system and wire it up etc and provide an electrical certificate for the work.

Gravity shutter replacement
