We Need a fan supplied and installed in a bathroom. It will be a new fit as it has not had one in before. Can be a window mounted one or ceiling mounted with venting. Rolleston Area. Please quote Fan cost and labour installation separately. We want a simple fan system in our rental property to expel steam from bathroom .

Ben did an excellent job. He broke down the quote into labour and materials as was wanted by us. He ended up doing the job for less than he quoted as took less time than he expected which was a bonus for us. Highly recommended and we will contact him again should we have more work.
