Ceiling Mounted Kitchen Extractor - Ducting through the corrugated roof

We have a 120mm island ceiling mounted kitchen extractor to be installed. The 150mm ducting will need to go through the corrugated metal roof, the cavity has insufficient space (about 70mm) to run ducting to the soffits. The electric socket is already in place, not just wire as it looks in the picture. So just mounting the extractor and ducting to do. The ceiling is slanted with the roofline. The roof is at a low angle, about 10 degrees and has easy access. See picture. We live in a high wind zone, so would need quite serious flashings. We are also looking for the correct producer statement as this job is part of a consent.
