Replace external cooker vent and ducting if possible

The flap on our external cooker hood extract vent got stuck open so we've had birds falling in and unable to get out! We need the external unit replaced and presumably the internal ducting as well as we can hear them walking behind joinery!! Would appreciate some quotes. Access to ducting is high so would need full set of ladders.
