I need a bathroom extractor fan installed. The 1970s bathroom is enclosed by an add-on garage, and the house has a flat roof. The fan would either need to be ducted to the outside of the garage, or through the roof. I've attached a photo of the bathroom from the inside and also from the garage for context.
