installing fan in bathroom

We need an extractor fan in the bathroom! Need someone to give quote to see what is the best solution in our situation... wonder if it would be be best inserted into the louver window... Otherwise there are tile problems. Soon as possible would be great on the time frame. Trying to prep the house so we can rent it out. Many Thanks
