Kitchen and Bathroom ventilation to new healthy homes standards

We have a unit that needs a kitchen rangehood installed and ducted to the outside to comply with the new healthy homes standards. Cooktop is on an interior wall (see photos) so we'd like some advice about how the ducting would work and what we need to do for both the kitchen rangehood and the bathroom extractor fan. We don't have access to the property until 3 February, and tenants are in on 6/7 February. Ideally you could come and give us a quote and get going over the 4th/5th/6th before the tenants are in, but otherwise we'd be happy if you could take a look on the 4th or 5th and then do the work the following week?
