Our Smart Vent system installed 18 mths ago has fallen apart! Installer (unknown) used duct tape to hold ventilation tubes to the filter boxes and they have literally pulled apart. All pieces are safely contained in the roof cavity but are now lying all over the place. LOL. Installer needed to put them back together, add some bracing so it doesn't happen again and change the filter.
