Bathroom Exhaust

I have moved into a house. Total 4 bathrooms and 1 separate toilet. 1. I want to check the extractor efficacy in the 4 bathrooms. If not extracting efficiently, change the extractor. All 4 bathrooms have the HPM 3 in 1 heat/fan/light. 2. If working properly, I am looking for solutions to reduce humidity and potential mould by fixing each with a timer and/or install a switch with a humidity sensor or any other solution from your side. 3. Install through wall exhaust with timer for a toilet.
