Supply and Install Effective Bathroom Extractor Fan and Heating

We'd like someone to remove our current ensuite bathroom heat lamp and extractor fan combination (which is noisy and ineffective) and replace it with something that works well for both removing steam and heating (it doesn't have to be the same unit if this is less effective). We'd also need the ceiling made good after any changes. We're in Maungaraki.
