Our extractor fan does not seem to be working properly. If anything, it appears to push the cooking smoke/steam out, rather than suck it up and away. We imagine it’s reasonably old and have no idea if it’s been serviced before. We moved in last year. Looking for someone to come by and assess it - can it be cleaned/fixed or does it need to be replaced? Thank you
