I need 2 sub-floor vents installed to get better ventilation happening. Will be larger vents and require angle grinder or construction saw to precut holes. Do not want a sledge hammer job which requires getting a brickie in after the work is done. Pointing required to fix vents in brick veneer wall. I'll specify the vents needed (you can make suggestions) and you pick up. I'll pay for the entire job. Price please and approximate timeframe? Thanks.
