Hi: The kitchen in our rental has a window adjacent to the stove but no extractor fan. Requires fan in window or ceiling. Roof is low pitch concrete tile with a purlin runner fully enclosing the eve limiting ceiling access for venting / power but could be done by lifting a couple of tiles??
