Vent for clothes dryer

Need clothes dryer to vent outside. Most likely through wall and out eaves overhang? House is steel framed with brick veneer. Tradie would need to supply venting product. We need a one way vent i.e. dryer vents outside but birds etc can't get in through the vent.
