Passive house rangehood vent

We have a current range hood which is recirculating and we would like to change it to outside venting. Our house is an airtight home with intello wrap airtightness barrier so the airtightness need to be maintained with whatever system we use. This job would involve supplying and installing a vent through the wall. The vent also needs to have a closing mechanism so no air leaks back into the home. The standard dampers which come with a range hood aren't sufficient. We need it to be completely airtight when closed. We would consider any system that is mechanically or manual closing.
