Need to have kitchen fan ducted outside to meet rental standard.
Not much ducting distance involved but roof pitch is fairly shallow so some physical flexibility needed. Ducting work area is about 6 metres from internal roof access hole.
Not super urgent but keen to get quote in by early New Year.
I am house owner-occupier in Flower Street, Bryndwr.
