Moir - Kitchen Extraction

Hi, I need both advice and a quote to take a new kitchen extraction unit up through a pitched ceiling/roof, as I do not have an easily accessibly exterior wall to go through. There is a boxed gutter between our adjoining two units, so I need to have someone come look at the space allowance between that, and the exit of the extraction. Attached is the current space, and a proposed render of the extraction unit placement. Thanks, Dan
