Refresh Extractor Fan

The extractor fan in my bathroom rattles and sometimes pushes air into my bathroom which is smelly. Recently it also lets in outside smells readily. I think the back draught part maybe broken and the duct and fan dirty. I would like the fan opened and cleaned. New duct and back draught put it and new outside grill screwed on. I have already the replacement duct, back draught and outside grill. Need a handy sort that can do this that is good with extractors. Not terribly difficult to access all this. Also could do with advice on if I can put a extractor fan in my upstairs bathroom. Would like this done in next two weeks. Over the next few weeks I work tuesdays and fridays but other days are good.
