Extractor fan not doing a great job of extracting

We have an ensuite bathroom with no windows and rely on the extractor far in order to keep the damp away. Recently the extractor fan hasn’t been doing a great job and we have had to run a dehumidifier alongside it. It “works” as in it will turn on and make the noise and everything but it just doesn’t seem to be doing the job. We have tenants moving in 1 Apriso would like to get it seen to before then.
