Unfortunately this job did not go well. Our view, a small, straight forward job that dragged out over 3 weeks with us agreeing to finish the job. Ad-hoc approach with multiple visits and slow progress, delayed other trades. We had issues with billing, professionalism (reliability and manner) a bill 3 days into the job with unreasonable payments terms i.e. immediate payment was unexpected. We were able to resolve a billing dispute however. Im not sure we can recommend but a '1 off' perhaps?

"Scott; All tile work is complicated and precise. The time to complete a tile task is regulated by the process. The carpentry prep work was incomplete and required remedial work which delayed our start. The work including water proofing took 8 days . Your billing issue was the value of your invoice, not quality. Communication was daily with the Home owner and on occasion with your Carpenter. You offered cost plus as the billing method and it appears it failed both of us. I wish you well. Peter"
