HD tiling did a very poor job and it needs to be removed and done again by a professional. It is clear William is nothing more than a DIY'er. We do not recommend him to anyone wanting a good job. He has become belligerent and has resorted to abusive language when asked to remedy the situation. Not only was his tiling pathetic, he has left irremovable handprints on our colour steel cladding with the adhesive used. We recommend that everyone steer well clear of this amateur DIY'er. We wish we had.
