Kitchen wall tiling

Wall tiling required in my newly fitted kitchen in Miramar, Wellington. I have purchased the tiles already and they are Porcelain Mosaic 2”x 2” hexagon tiles on 284x270mm sheets. Tiling to be from benchtop up to range hood and cupboards, and underneath window (essentially all the blue walls in photos between benchtop and cupboards) - approximately 4m2 all up.
