Floor and wall tiling for bathroom and toilet

We're at the point in our bathroom renovation where we need some tiles laid. We need: - Tile underlay laid in the toilet (the bathroom has already had this done); - Floor tiles (each tile is 600mm x 600mm) be laid in both rooms; - Wall tiles (each tile is 300mm x 100mm) to be laid partway up the wall (approximately 1100mm). The toilet measures 800mm x 1730mm, and the bathroom measures 1700mm x 2630mm. All tiles have been purchased, along with spacers, coloured grout and tile adhesive. The same grout will be used for both the floor and wall tiles. We'd appreciate a quote for just the floor tiling (with underlay), and then a separate quote to do both the floor and wall tiling, with underlay, at the same time.
