Pat's bathroom tiling

My bathroom is 2650 x 2615 square. I want to tile this room with 600mm tiles. The room is completely stripped out so no obstacles to tile around. The floor has also been replaced with new ply so minimal prep apart from approx 200mm strip of original chipboard down one wall. Holes required are : Toilet waste outlet, bath drain (bath is freestanding and will be put in after tiles laid), shower drain (although no need to tile entirely under shower tray). Vanity drain not required as goes into wall. All materials supplied. Room will be ready in about 1 week.
