Urgent help needed

Hi have just completed a bathroom Reno..and had a tiler come and add the final touches with a mosiac splash back around the vanity and bath. big mistake with who I choose and its now ruined..and a sore sight.. .am pretty sure it will need to be taken off and start again.. Am hoping some kind tradie will come help me out..give next some options.. .someone with a good eye...honest and isn't going to charge me the earth...as this has already cost me 750..down the drain.. .
